1. I am a great listener because I am sincerely interested in what my clients have to say.
2. I will tell you what I think in the kindest way possible.
3. If I do not know the answer to a question, I will tell you I do not know and then I will find out the best answer to that question at the earliest possible time.
4. You will be treated warmly and respectfully.
5. I take every client call unless I am on another line or have an emergency.
6. I return every call at the earliest reasonable time, generally within hours of receiving the message.
7. I do not lose my cool and I strive to establish a harmonious and professional relationship with opposing counsel and the court. However, I will not practice with fear or back down when it is in the best interest of the client to take a firm position.
8. I will be prepared for every court hearing.
9. I will make every effort to settle your matter at the earliest possible time for the most favorable amount that is reasonable to you. However, if we are forced to trial, I will be prepared and confident.
10. My clients can utilize the services of my husband / law Partner in a communicative and team litigation approach. My clients will not be double billed for any activity that my partner and I are sharing such as meeting together with the client.
11. I will be fair with my fees and I will make every effort to see that you receive great value for your legal fees.
